المركز الوطني للمختبرات الانشائية هو احد التشكيلات التابعة لوزارة الاعمار والاسكان متخصص في فحص مواد البناء مختبرياً وحقلياً, تحريات التربة وفحوصاتها, فحوصات الطرق وتقويم الابنية والمنشآت.
يقدم المركز الاستشارات الهندسية لزبائنه في مجال تقويم المواد والاعمال الانشائية, وكذلك يقوم باجراء الدراسات والبحوث المتعلقة باختصاصه والتي تخدم تعديل طريقة فحص او تطوير بدائل لمواد البناء وغيرها.
يقيم المركز ندوات ودورات في مجال عمله ويقوم بتدريب طلبة الكليات والمعاهد في بغداد والمحافظات الاخرى
